Stampin' Up! Easter Wishes Card

Wow. It's been a long time since I posted a card. I've been so busy with the monthly card orders that I haven't had time to really make a card just for me. Well, not "for me", LOL. So here is an Easter card I made for the family.

Satmpin' Up! Sweet Sorbet Birthday Card

I'm really loving this Sweet Sorbet DSP.  It's so soft and pretty.  I'm using the sketch from Pals Paper Arts for this card.  And I'm using the same flowers I used yesterday.  I love using stamps that have punches that match, they look great and are easy to make.

CS - Whisper White, Sahara Sand, Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, Summer Starfruit

Stampin' Up! Happy Birthday Card

I made this card using some new DSP I got from Sale-a-Bration called Sweet Sorbet.  It is so pretty I just had to start using it.  The flowers came from the Stampin' Up! Occasions catalog.  Aren't they cute?  And they have a punch to match.  How cool is that?

I used the sketch to make this card from Freshly Made Sketches.  This is a great go to sketch.  I'm thinking I could do a whole set for different occasions using this layout.

Stampin' Up! Crountryside Birthday Card

I made this card for the challenge at Pals Paper Arts. I've been in a "man" card mood lately and here's another one. Masculine cards are so hard to come up with so I try to make a few to keep on hand, just in case. I think the other problem is there really aren't many stamps out there that fit the men in my life. They don't do sports or golf so I'm always on the lookout for a good sketch that I can use the limited stamps I have.

I stamped the image and then sponged it just a little bit to make it look old fashioned. I used some coordinations card stock with the wood grain embossing folder and then sanded it to look like real wood. Pretty cool, huh?

Supplies

Stamps - Countryside, Grunge Rock

Early Espresso and Very Vanilla card stock. Early Espresso Coordinations card stock. Soho Subway DSP. Wood Grain EF. Brads.

Stampin' Up! Masculine Birthday Card

I made this card for the challenge over at Freshly Made Sketches. What a great sketch idea. This card came together so quick. I just stamped the image and cut into thirds. I sponged all the edges to give it a more rustic feel. Great man card!

Stampin' Up! Happy Birthday Card

I made this card for the challenge at Pals Paper Arts. It's a color challenge with Island Indigo, Gold and Whisper White. I needed a man card so I just took the clear blocks and used them as stamps. I thought it was going to be easy but it took me 5 tries to get this finished card. Whew, but it was worth it.

Supplies

Stamps - Simply Sketched

CS - Island Indigo, Whisper White

Gold Embossing Powder

Black Embossing Powder

Various Clear Blocks
